The Missionary Guide Program

"Creatio not only taught me how to be a good missionary and guide but also that the evangelization of others comes from the beauty of the human person, and the most beautiful thing is a heart totally devoted to God.”

— Nathan | MG 2019-2021

A Missionary Guide (MG) is not just a trip leader.
It’s a formation role—one that calls you to grow, to lead, and to accompany others into deeper encounter with God through adventure.

An MG is a leader, mentor, and witness.

You guide backpacking trips and pilgrimages—but more than that, you help create spaces where people can encounter truth, beauty, and God in a real way.

You are responsible for: leading participants in the outdoors, creating a culture of intentional community, giving talks and facilitating meaningful conversations, and living a life that others can follow

This is not just a job. It’s a mission.

Listen to past MG’s share their experience of how they came to know God and were transformed more fully by being on mission in Not Done Alone.
